Return of products

Product returns are only accepted if the product you received is defective.

The deadline for returns is 3 days from the date of receipt, and the customer must have prior notified the company.

If the product is damaged during installation/assembly by the client or if the packaging is destroyed for any reason, the product cannot be returned or refunded.

Electrical and electronic parts cannot be returned or refunded.
